All new NORTEL Networks Telephone equipment sold by digitalwirz.com comes with a 3* year warranty. Refurbished Telephone equipment will have an agreed upon warranty, up to 1* year.

*(exceptions: expendable batteries and any add-on accessories, fire, flood, accident, abuse or power line fluctuations)

We have always replied that a warranty program really isn’t necessary because our equipment seldom requires repairs or replacement. That’s still the case – but one of the cardinal rules of business is to give the customers what they want!

• Year-to-year coverage automatically renewed at the prevailing maintenance rate;
• Minimized downtime: if something happens and you’re out of service, we’ll respond within four hours to checkout your problem;
• Unlimited no-charge maintenance service call privileges during business hours (exceptions: fire, flood, accident, abuse or power line fluctuations);
• No-cost replacement parts (exceptions: expendable batteries and any add-on accessories,fire, flood, accident, abuse or power line fluctuations);
• Shop overhauls and equipment repairs;
